Razmarin & Co Collection, trading as Razmarin Concierge (“we”, “us”), is a private travel concierge based in Marrakech, Morocco. This policy explains exactly what personal information we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it deliberately short and specific — if something here is unclear, ask us and we will answer plainly.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this website, you choose to give us:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your WhatsApp or phone number
• Your travel dates and party size
• An indicative budget, if you provide one
• Anything you write in the message field

If you subscribe to our journal, we collect only your email address. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange the services you ask for. Your details let us reply to you, understand what you need, and — if you become a client — coordinate your stay. We do not use your information for automated decision-making.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is read by the founder and, where necessary to deliver a service you have requested, shared with the specific partner involved (for example a driver, riad or restaurant) and limited to what that partner needs to serve you.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in our secured database (hosted by Supabase) and delivered to us by email (via Resend). Both are established service providers acting on our instructions. Access is restricted and protected by authentication.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain ordinary business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so promptly unless we are legally required to retain it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email contact@razmarin.com and we will action it. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, these rights include those granted under the GDPR.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Only storage strictly necessary for the site to function is used — for example remembering that the opening animation has already played during your session.
