Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and the concierge services provided by Razmarin & Co Collection, trading as Razmarin Concierge, based in Gueliz, Marrakech, Morocco. By submitting an enquiry you agree to them.

What we are

Razmarin Concierge is a private concierge and travel-arrangement service. We curate, book and coordinate experiences on your behalf — transport, stays, dining, excursions and access. Where a service is delivered by a third party (a driver, riad, restaurant, guide or venue), we act as your agent in arranging it; that provider remains responsible for the service it delivers.

Enquiries and confirmation

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a booking. It starts a conversation. A booking exists only once we have confirmed the specific arrangements with you in writing and any required payment or deposit has been agreed. Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points and vary with season, availability and the detail of your request.

Capacity

We deliberately limit the number of clients we take on so that each is handled personally. We may decline or postpone a request when our capacity for a period is reached.

Payment, changes and cancellation

Payment terms, deposits, change windows and cancellation conditions are set out in the written confirmation for your specific booking, because they depend on the partners involved. Third-party providers may apply their own non-refundable deposits or cancellation charges; where that is the case we will tell you before you commit.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information about travellers, dates and requirements.
• Hold valid travel documents, visas and any insurance you need.
• Tell us in advance about medical conditions, accessibility needs or allergies that affect what we arrange.
• Behave lawfully and respectfully toward our team, partners and their property.

Liability

We take reasonable care in selecting and coordinating partners. We are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage caused by a third-party provider, nor by events outside our reasonable control — including weather, strikes, transport disruption, illness or acts of authorities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photography, and brand marks — belongs to Razmarin & Co Collection and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Privacy

Personal information you share is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and the courts of Marrakech have jurisdiction over any dispute.
